Join our team.
Here we are humans first, therapists second.
Integrative Psychological Services is a private practice based in downtown Paducah, KY. We specialize in providing quality mental health care for individuals, couples, and families of all ages, genders, identities, and backgrounds. We create safe, connecting spaces in which our clients are seen, heard, and cared for exactly as they are.
We’ve designed our therapeutic approach around meeting individual client needs. Because healing is not “one size fits all,” we offer a mosaic of services including traditional psychotherapy, trauma-focused therapy, somatic therapy, experiential therapy, EMDR, reiki, coaching, and more.
We are a growing practice and looking to add to our team. It is important that anyone who joins us is trauma-informed and has experience, training, and/or a significant interest in learning integrative treatment modalities for working with clients of all kinds. We are continuously looking to diversify our practice and deeply believe in the importance of lived experience, especially the most marginalized people in society. We value clinicians from all backgrounds and want to build a team representative of ALL people. Clinicians working with us should value diversity and inclusion and feel not only comfortable, but driven to work with diverse clientele. We also want clinicians who are committed to community collaboration and social justice work, something we deeply value as a practice and as people.
Our work is to hold safe, supportive space for people to begin or continue healing. We believe in showing up as our genuine selves. Here, we are humans first, therapists second. To create space where clients feel safe enough to be their full selves, we have to show up as our full selves, too. We want the whole, real you.
